Membership Cancellation Policy:

• To ensure all members receive the highest quality of service, we have the following cancellation policies in place.

Initial Membership Term:

• Your membership has an initial commitment of 12 months. During this initial term, your membership is non-cancelable.
• Cancellation before the initial commitment period has been fulfilled will result in an early termination fee of $199, and will be charged to the card on file.

Month-to-Month Membership:

• After the initial commitment period, your membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time with a minimum of 30 days' written notice before your next billing cycle. You must submit your request before the last day to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
• Membership fees are non-refundable and will not be prorated for cancellations submitted mid-cycle.
